What it costs to get paid
- Does SlotSync take a percentage of my bookings?
- No. The subscription is the entire business model. Whatever a client pays you is what you receive.
- What does Direct PayNow cost?
- Nothing. Your client scans your own PayNow QR — your mobile number or UEN — and the money moves bank to bank. SlotSync is never in the middle of it.
- What does Stripe PayNow cost?
- 1.5% + S$0.50 per transaction, charged by Stripe rather than by us. You choose whether you absorb it or the client covers it. It buys automatic confirmation, so you never reconcile a payment by hand.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Every new account starts on a 14-day Pro trial. When it ends you drop to Free automatically — no card is involved, and nothing is charged unless you choose to upgrade.
