Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SlotSync you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

SlotSync is a slot-based scheduling platform that lets freelancers publish available time slots and clients book them. Freelancers choose how they get paid: with Direct PayNow, payments are arranged independently between freelancer and client and SlotSync never touches the money; with Stripe PayNow, SlotSync collects the payment via Stripe on the freelancer's behalf and transfers their earnings to them, minus Stripe's processing fee.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SlotSync for any unlawful purpose
• Spam, harass, or deceive other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Publish false, defamatory, or misleading booking page content

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Free plan features are available without payment
• PRO and TEAM plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law
• Plan pricing may change with 30 days notice to your registered email

6. Cancellations and no-shows

SlotSync facilitates scheduling only. Disputes between freelancers and clients regarding missed sessions, refunds, or service quality are the responsibility of the parties involved. SlotSync bears no liability for such disputes.

7. Intellectual property

SlotSync and its logo are owned by SlotSync. Content you create (booking page text, profile information) remains yours. You grant SlotSync a limited licence to display it as part of operating the service.

8. Limitation of liability

SlotSync is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed bookings, lost revenue, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your app settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
