SlotSync vs Calendly

Calendly is very good software. It just isn’t built to put Singapore dollars in your bank account the moment somebody books you.

The one difference that matters

Calendly’s free plan gives you one event type and cannot collect payment at all. To charge for a booking you need a paid seat, and payment then runs through Stripe or PayPal — so a card processing fee applies to every transaction.

SlotSync’s free plan takes money on day one, and Direct PayNow costs nothing to receive because there is no processor involved. Your client scans your own PayNow QR and their bank pays your bank. If you would rather the booking confirm itself without you checking, Stripe PayNow does that for 1.5% + S$0.50 — Stripe’s fee, not ours.

When Calendly is the better choice

If you need two-way calendar sync, round-robin across a sales team, lead routing, or you bill in USD to clients outside Singapore, Calendly does those things and we do not. We are built narrow on purpose: one person or one small team, taking bookings and getting paid locally, without losing a slice of it.
